Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused

  • in the same condition you received it

  • and in its original packaging

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Start a Return

Include:

  • your order number

  • reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • your refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider


Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

(This does not affect your statutory rights.)


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can confirm availability.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return once approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked service, especially for items valued over £75

We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank or card provider

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Then contact us at info@vyzn-pro.com


Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act.
